Hi, I’m Susan
I love ideas, but even more what happens when you put them into action.
More than ten years ago, I founded A Woman's Worth in Uganda, an organisation dedicated to the economic and personal development of women.
What started as an idea grew into an organisation where I developed programmes, managed projects and teams, built partnerships and organised events. Along the way, I gained extensive experience in entrepreneurship, leadership and project management.
What I've always enjoyed most is working with people. Listening, sharing ideas, asking questions and helping others recognise their strengths and possibilities.
With Woven, I bring these experiences together. Whether I'm helping a business grow, managing a project or coaching someone, my approach is personal, straightforward and practical.
